Web Design Packages & Pricing

Most web design packages hide the number until you book a call. Ours are below. Every plan is a custom WordPress build with hosting, security, updates and initial SEO setup included, billed month to month with no contract. If you’d rather pay once and own the build outright, that option and its exact price are here too.

⚡ The Short Version

How much does a Lifted Websites website cost?

Lifted Websites prices a new WordPress website at $200 per month for up to 20 pages or $500 per month for up to 50 pages, with $0 upfront, hosting and unlimited updates included, and no contract.

Prefer to own it outright? A one-time build costs 12 times the monthly plan: $2,400 for up to 20 pages or $6,000 for up to 50, paid 50% at signing and 50% at completion, then $99 per month for hosting and management.

Web design packages at a glance

Four ways to get a website from us. Three are monthly, one is a single payment. Page counts are the only thing that moves you between tiers; we don't charge per page inside a tier.

Starter (WaaS)$200/moUp to 202–3 weeksSingle-location service businesses
Growth (WaaS) ⭐$500/moUp to 503–5 weeksMulti-service or multi-location, adds 2 SEO blog posts a month

Full plan details live on the Website as a Service page. Every plan is month to month and billed through Stripe.

What every website package includes

The monthly price covers the build and everything that keeps the site alive afterward. Nothing on this list is an add-on.

  • Custom WordPress design, not a purchased theme with your logo dropped in. Content and stock photography included.
  • Enterprise hosting with Cloudflare Enterprise CDN and WAF, SSL, daily off-site backups and uptime monitoring.
  • Weekly plugin, theme and core updates, applied one at a time and rolled back if anything conflicts.
  • Core Web Vitals work on every build. Google's speed metrics are a ranking input, so we treat them as part of the design, not a later fix.
  • Initial SEO setup: titles, metas, schema, XML sitemap, Search Console and analytics wiring, plus a conversion contact form with SMTP delivery and captcha.
  • Unlimited content updates on WaaS plans. Send the change, we make it. No per-edit fee, no ticket cap.
  • You own it. Brand, content, data and the WordPress install are yours. Leave any time and take a complete working site with you.

Pay monthly or pay once?

Both are real options and we'll quote both. The honest difference is what happens after launch.

 WaaS (monthly)One-time build
Upfront$050% at signing, 50% at completion
Ongoing$200 or $500/mo$99/mo hosting and management

⚠️ Where monthly is the wrong choice

If your site is a static brochure you'll touch twice a year and it isn't a lead source, the one-time build plus $99/mo is cheaper over five years and you should take it. WaaS earns its price when the site changes, publishes and generates calls. If it won't, we'll tell you on the first call.

What a business website costs elsewhere

Website design costs range from under $500 for a DIY builder to $30,000 or more from a full-service agency. Forbes Advisor puts agency builds for small and mid-size businesses at $5,000 to $30,000+, and Elementor's cost guide lands freelancers between $500 and $10,000. Here's where each model actually sits once you count the second year.

Provider typeTypical priceWhat you usually give up
DIY builder (Wix, Squarespace)$0–$500 + $20–$50/moYour time, SEO ceiling, portability
Freelancer, per project$1,000–$6,000, often $150–$175 per content pageHosting, updates and support after launch
Pay-monthly custom-code shops~$175/mo for 5 pages, ~$100 per extra page, blog extraA CMS you can log into, page count, ownership of the code
Full-service agency$5,000–$30,000+Cash up front, then a maintenance plan on top
Lifted Websites WaaS$200–$500/mo, $0 upfrontNothing you'd notice; the site is yours and changes monthly
Year-one cost for a 20-page site with a blog
Pay-monthly shop: $175 × 12 + 15 extra pages × $100 + $250 blog$3,850
Freelancer at $3,000 + 20 content pages × $150 + hosting$6,300+
Lifted one-time build $2,400 + $99 × 12 hosting$3,588
Lifted WaaS Starter, $200 × 12, everything included$2,400

Over three years the gap widens: $8,050 for the pay-monthly shop versus $7,200 on Starter, with a real CMS and unlimited edits on ours. At five pages and no blog, the $175 shop is $300 a year cheaper. That's the one case where they win on price.

Already have a site? Website management pricing

If your current WordPress site is worth keeping, we migrate it to our stack, fix what's broken during onboarding, then run it. Same hosting, security and update cadence as a new build.

PlanPricePagesAdds
Management Starter$200/moUp to 20Migration, hosting, maintenance, unlimited updates
Management Growth ⭐$500/moUp to 50Advanced SEO setup, design work, monthly blogging
Dominate$2,500/moUnlimitedMonthly backlinks and a complete SEO program
SEO Hosting +$200/moUnlimitedHosting plus humans, unlimited content updates, no page cap

Details: Website Management and SEO Hosting +. We don't sell bare hosting with no support; if all you want is a server login, a plain host is cheaper and we'll say so. Agencies: the white-label WordPress support page has per-site pricing.

Ecommerce websites: WordPress only

Lifted Websites builds ecommerce sites only on WordPress, using WooCommerce, the Shopify Buy Button plugin, or BigCommerce for WordPress, and does not build native Shopify or BigCommerce storefronts.

That's a deliberate limit, not a gap. A WordPress front end keeps the content, blog and SEO under your control while Shopify or BigCommerce handles checkout and inventory through their WordPress plugins. If you want a native Shopify theme build, we're not the right fit and we'll point you to someone who is.

Ecommerce builds are scoped on the Custom tier because product count, payment setup (Stripe, PayPal, the platform's own gateway) and shipping rules change the work. Stores that already exist and need traffic go to ecommerce SEO instead, priced from $1,700/mo.

SEO pricing, in one table

A website is the asset; SEO is what sends people to it. Every SEO plan includes CallRail call and form tracking, monthly backlinks, content, daily rank tracking, and AI-search visibility work for Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT.

PlanPriceScope
Local SEO$800/moOne Google Business Profile
Multi-Local Plus$2,000/moUnlimited locations
Ecommerce SEO$1,700–$5,000/moBy collection-page count
Custom / National$3,000–$10,000+/moCompetitive metros and verticals

Full inclusions, fit rules and who $800 is not enough for are on the Local SEO packages page. The AI SEO page covers citation tracking, and How Much Does SEO Cost explains the market rates behind these numbers.

How to pick the right package

  1. Count your pages. Services, locations, about, contact, and the blog posts you'd actually publish. Under 20 is Starter. 20 to 50 is Growth.
  2. Decide whether the site will change. Regular edits, new pages, seasonal offers: WaaS. Set-and-forget: one-time build plus $99/mo.
  3. Check whether you need leads from Google. If yes, pair either option with Local SEO at $800/mo. A site with no traffic plan is a brochure.
  4. Verify us before you call. We hold 5.0 stars across 31 Google reviews and our own site ranks #1 for "AI SEO Phoenix" and "SEO company South Jersey". Search them; rankings are live, not screenshots.
💡 One number said on the phone is the number you get

If we quote a tier on a call, the written proposal matches it, even when your page count technically lands one tier up. Referrals from existing clients get the same rate their referrer pays.

Web design pricing FAQ

How much does a website design package cost?

At Lifted Websites, $200 per month for up to 20 pages or $500 per month for up to 50 pages, with nothing upfront. A one-time build is $2,400 or $6,000 for the same page counts. Across the wider market, freelancers charge $500 to $10,000 per project and agencies $5,000 to $30,000 or more.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Every monthly plan is month to month and you can cancel any time. The only fixed commitment we ask for is the 50/50 payment on a one-time build.

Who owns the website?

You do. It's built on WordPress, not a closed builder, so the brand, content, data and the site itself are portable. If you leave, you take a complete working site. We keep clients with service, not exit fees.

Do you charge per page or for content?

No. Content and photography are included in every tier, and page count only matters at the tier boundary (20 and 50 pages). There is no $100-per-page or $175-per-content-page add-on.

Will I lose my Google rankings if you rebuild my site?

Not if it's done properly. We inventory every indexed URL, keep or 301-redirect each one, carry over the titles and content that already rank, and rebuild on a faster foundation. Rankings usually improve after a rebuild handled this way.

Can you build my site on Shopify or Squarespace instead?

No. We build on WordPress only. For ecommerce that means WooCommerce, or Shopify and BigCommerce connected through their WordPress plugins. We can run SEO on a Wix or Shopify site you already have, but the SEO ceiling is lower and we'll say so.

Get a written quote with the number on it

Tell us your page count and whether the site needs to bring in calls. You'll get two options in writing, not a pitch deck.

TJ and Lifted Websites have been a game changer for our buisness. We were using cheaper website/SEO options for years before deciding to get serious and invest in a true expert. They have built our company reputation and lead form volume considerably; and we’re still only in our first year with them. Cannot wait to see what the future brings!

Working with this team has completely transformed our online presence. They took our old website and turned it into something truly professional, modern, and easy for customers to navigate. From the design to the functionality, everything was handled with attention to detail and a clear understanding of what our business needed. Since launching the new site, the results have been incredible. We are now receiving around six new client inquiries per week for deck quotes, which is a huge improvement from where we were before. The site not only looks great but is clearly working the way a business website should—bringing in real leads and new opportunities. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they made sure our services, photos, and branding were presented in the best possible way. It’s clear they understand how to build a website that actually works for contractors and service businesses. I highly recommend them to any company looking to upgrade their website and generate real leads. This has been one of the best investments we’ve made for our business.
